Imagine you are in a train carriage that is hurtling along the tracks towards a fork without brakes. On the left are two workers checking the track bed. On the right is a group of eight hikers who are walking along the tracks regardless of the warning signs. You have to decide at lightning speed how to set the points - and who is going to fall under the wheels as a result...

Welcome to the so-called trolley problem from philosophy. Trial by Trolley - A "Cyanide & Happiness" card game takes the familiar dilemma one step further and adds absurd situations and plenty of black humor. The result is a wacky card game for 3-13 players in which one person in turn has to decide the fate of the others!

The remaining players are divided into two groups and have to take it in turns to place cards on the two tracks: For example, your father joins a researcher who has discovered the cure for cancer and on the other track, cute cats cavort next to a serial killer. The scenarios can be modified using special cards: What do you do if, for example, the researcher has an 80% chance of becoming the next Hitler?

The team whose track has been "run over" receives death markers and the next person is appointed the switchman. Whoever has the fewest death markers at the end wins. :)

Please note: All the game material is in English, but basic knowledge is sufficient to play.
