Tomorrow's Technology Today! ran across the brochures, and in the world of Fallout a surprising number of people found that convincing at the time. How well the Vaults actually worked out is a rather different story.

The Fallout Desk Mat with Coaster Vault-Tec brings that advertising look to your workspace. Across 80 x 30 cm the round cog door of a Vault sits in yellow and blue, the slogan bottom left, the Vault-Tec lettering to the right. Keyboard, mouse and notepad all fit side by side on it. A round coaster comes along too, showing the Vault Boy with his thumb up and a friendly Keep up the good work for the Overseer, which lands surprisingly well on your third coffee of the afternoon.

A find for anyone whose home office is allowed to look a little like pre-war America. The Overseer is watching, after all.
